Loss and change touch all of our lives.
There are so many different kinds of loss that we can experience over the course of our lives:
- Friendships that end
- Death of a loved one
- Death of a pet
- Job loss
- Relationship break-up
- Long-term illness
Loss can leave a gaping hole in our lives, leaving us feeling ungrounded, sad and devastated. After experiencing the loss of my husband and father within days of each other I found it extremely helpful to practice:
